The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for Services are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between Gogixus and the client.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to use our Site or engage our Services. If you create an account or submit information on our behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to act on that company's behalf.

Fees for Services are outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement and are typically billed on a recurring monthly basis. Advertising spend paid directly to third-party ad platforms (such as Google or Meta) is separate from and in addition to our management fees. Except where required by law or explicitly stated in a service agreement, fees for Services already rendered are non-refundable.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Gogixus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Campaign strategies, creative assets, and reports we develop for a client become the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Gogixus retains the right to reference completed work, in anonymized or case-study form, for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Our Services may involve the use of third-party advertising and analytics platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, HubSpot, Shopify, and WordPress. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which are outside of Gogixus's control. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.
While Gogixus applies industry best practices and data-driven strategy to every campaign, digital marketing performance is influenced by many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, and client-side factors (such as website performance, product-market fit, or pricing). We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, lead volume, or return on ad spend. Case studies and statistics referenced on the Site reflect individual results and are not representative of guaranteed outcomes for future clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gogixus and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Gogixus in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gogixus, Googiehost LLC, and its employees and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Termination of ongoing Services is governed by the notice and cancellation terms specified in your individual service agreement.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
